The evidence of 'irregularities' that has been uncovered to date suggests that individuals from numerous organizations and organs, both local and national, were complicit in the process; eg. employees of Diebold etc, republican party members, the MSM, court officials, the 'hackers' etc. That's a figure in the thousands right, even if we limit ourselves to the battleground states where they were most active.
